S-Barre is a workout designed to tone, trim, and transform the body with a fusion of ballet, Pilates, and resistance training.
The Barre also combines isometric stretching and core conditioning without high repetition. It will help slender legs and hips, firm the butt, slim your arms and flatten your stomach. The barre will help correct alignment of position and movement. Barre fusion will maximize your muscle strength and agility, as well as create a more defined body. No dance experience necessary-non-dancer are welcome!
