Warm Vinyasa Flow

This class incorporates all of the fundamentals of a Vinyasa Class with added instruction and cueing for more challenging poses. Students will build upon basics and move through a flowing,  dynamic sequence of poses incorporating standing poses, balancing poses, and seated poses. Students will also incorporate breath work, control,  and find an increase in focus and stamina to create a balanced body and mind.
